Purpose
The world seems to demand quick fixes and easy solutions yet quick fixes and easy solutions often tend to be wrong or ineffective or to have adverse long term effects. We at Ronning Leadership Seminars have a basic premise when beginning a new engagement with people and organizations: tell the truth.
We offer a first step in a process, neither a quick fix nor a microwave recipe. The courses that you see outlined on these pages are steps in your journey. Solutions come when those who receive information utilize that information in their daily lives. Ronning Leadership Seminars is not designed to be a one stop mini-repair station. Our purpose is to provide an opportunity for learning to begin, or to heighten your learning along the way, not for the event to be the ending or a final answer. Once this kind of thinking is understood, continuous learning can become the norm.
